Thank you very much for your order. As the elements by themselves are considered to be for general nutrition and therefore no specific functions are identitified, we can only honor the return of these for the following reasons:

• Allergic reactions or other symptomatic manifestations
• Failure to deliver product
• Packaging Problems

GENERAL POLICY

• Returns must be authorized in advance by using this form, after which a return authorization number will be issued by email.
• We will accept eligible returns within the stated number of days on each product page from the delivery of your order. If no days are stated on a product page, the number of days in which a product may be authorized for return is 30 days.
• Eligible returns may be partially used. If you send back to us less than 1/2 of the original volume of the product, we can't honor the return, with the sole exception of Hair Regrowth, where the whole product may be used.
• We will refund your money in the same way you originally paid less shipping and handling charges, but in the case of Hair Regrowth it might not be possible to refund your credit or debit card because of the normal allowable refund duration of 60 days. In this case, your refund will be made by check.
• We will process refunds within one week of receiving an authorized return.
• We will pay for all shipping costs, charge no restocking fees, and accept all returned items when the return is a result of our error.
